Shipping costs within Germany
Shipping costs within Germany will be 4,95 EUR. Delivery within Germany will be free of charge for orders from 59 EUR.
Shipping with DHL
We ship your package with DHL. If not stated otherwise on the product pages and in the shopping cart, we will ship your order within one working day after receipt of your order. If you order before 14:00 on working days we usually ship on the same day (DHL will then deliver your order in most cases on the next working day within Germany). We will inform you in case of a delay. The delivery time depends on the item(s) with the longest delivery time stated in your cart. Orders paid via international bank transfer will be reserved for 5 working days. Once your money has arrived on our bank account your order will be processed directly.
Shipping to a DHL Packstation
You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. Just give your postal number and the desired packing station number as the shipping address.
Shipping within EU
Shipping costs to Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus will be 11,90 EUR. We will ship your order via DHL or German post.
Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping costs to Switzerland is 19 EUR. We will ship your order via DHL or German post. Any applicable customs duties may have to be paid by the recipient. Tip for our Swiss customers: If you send us a stamped VAT export certificate upon receipt of the goods (blank form is available upon importation into Switzerland) we will refund you the VAT. Alternatively, you can also use the shipping service via MeinEinkauf.ch. Please note the information given there concerning costs.
